I used to have a nice form that you could fill out to sign up for this class but
spammers made sure to send me at least 15-20 automated E-mails a day on the
form with nothing but junk.

If you are signing up for the class please include your:

* Name

* E-mail address

* Phone Number

* Any additional comments or questions in an E-mail (you may use the E-mail link
below).

You will not receive any annoying marketing E-mails or phone calls from me
(other than class reminder) if you include your address or phone number(s).
Additionally, if you do not include contact number(s) I cannot tell you if class has
been postponed or cancelled. I look forward to working with you soon.
